Welcome to my blog on christian higher ed. Although I specifically will address the aspects of consulting for this "genre" of organization, I want to use this venue for all things related to organizational development. My expertise is in the area of organizational structure and operations in enrollment management. I also want to use this venue for musings about some of the common issues that christian organizations face (or bring upon themselves as may be the case more often).
